Fairlight Blue the first choice for IT Consultants, Project Managers and ITIL Experts in Vietnam and South East Asia briefed Yeah Can to design their interface with the public for them. This entailed corporate ID, print material as well as designing and setting up their web presence.

The first step was to decide on a name and ensure the domain name was available. Nowadays the name of a business and it’s web presence have to be married right at the beginning. The design of the logo was next. Client decided on blue and yellow as the primary colours and the logo was developed using variations of these two colours.

The logo was adapted to business cards, letterheads, invoice – quotation and statement templates. Further designs will be for power point and proposal templates. The purpose for all of these is to ensure that the corporate ID follows through to all communications elements and are ready for client to use.

For smaller businesses who do not have the need for a department to oversee their brand and ensure its integrity, the onus remains on the design studio to ensure that the brand is consistent and that the look is carried through to all elements that an organisation may require. This may even include signage and packaging depending on what business the client may operate in.

For the web presence it was decided to use Worpress. This would allow the client to update her site without further cost and whenever she needed to. Worpress is a great solution for businesses that require a basic brochure style web design.

In this instance the client was too busy to provide content for the site and Yeah Can wrote all copy and provided designs and images for the site. Once keywords were decided on the search engine optimisation could begin. Yeah Can is currently starting the SEO process and submitting articles to directories, submitting the site to relevant search engines and creating pages on high ranking sites.
